Guide to set up DACHSER as a carrier in Webshipper
1. The Setup
This carrier is a little different than most.
On a Dachser setup Webshipper support will need to do everything for you. Contact Webshipper support at support@webshipper.com or on +45 89 87 83 15 and ask them to set up Dachser as a Carrier for you.
Before the setup can start you need to have Dachser credentials ready, so if you still need to get these please first contact us when these are in order.
2. Having your carrier approved
Webshipper support will contact Dachser and have each service needed, approved separately. This may be a time consuming process due to a variety of factors, so expect this process to take up to 1-2 months.
3. Creating Shipping Methods
In the setup process Webshipper support will need to know which services you wish to use.
So when you reach out to Webshipper support, you will be asked about all the details required for your setup. Webshipper will create those shipping methods and create test shipments on those shipping methods.
The test shipments will all be sent to Dachser for manual approval which might take up to 7 work days.
